Part of JOV’s collaboration with Laurids Gallée, the Sussurro rug draws inspiration from the soft gradients of sunrise and sunset, translating shifting light into a layered textile expression. Crafted through an exploration of advanced tufting techniques, the design reveals subtle topographies where colour and texture gently rise and recede. Hand-tufted from soft New Zealand wool with a refined backdrop in a luxurious blend of fine wool and natural silk, Sussurro offers a tactile warmth and understated sheen. The interplay of elevated cloud-like forms against a neutral plane creates depth and dimensionality suited to contemporary interior spaces.
